Refund policy

We take returns for unopened or defective products within 30 days, no questions asked. We will also consider other returns within the 30 day period, so long as there is a valid reason for the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to us at hello@smellproject.com for any return inquiries. Refunds generally take 7-14 business days to process from when we receive the returned product(s), but times may vary.
